Try Making This Easy Kabuli Pinni Recipe At Home

Generally the delicious pinni recipe is made with ghee, sugar, flour, and nuts. But there's also a special twist on this old favourite, known as Kabuli Pinni, which is a must-try. Kabuli Pinni has a unique flavour and texture that will excite the taste buds like never before.

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan and add chickpea flour. Stir continuously until the flour turns light brown and releases a delightful aroma. Transfer it to a plate and let it cool.

Step 2

Crumble the khoya and dry-roast it in a different pan until it turns light brown. To keep it from sticking to the pan, stir frequently.

After taking the khoya off the stove, add the fried chickpea flour. Stir them thoroughly.

Step 4

Add the almonds, pistachios, and raisins. After distributing the mixture evenly, put it aside to cool

Step 5

Add a little milk to the mixture and mix if it seems too dry. This step is optional; it's only required if ball formation becomes difficult.

Step 6

Form the mixture into round balls once it's warm and can be managed. Garnish the pinni with desiccated coconut.

Let it cool completely and then store it in a airtight jar.
