Onions have always been like a supporting ingredient to other vegetables. But have you heard of Pyaaz ki Sabzi?
Ingredients
2 Onions Sliced thin
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt as per taste
Dhania
Saute oil with jeera and Onions, until onions are soft and mushy.
Add the other masalas and Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with Dhania and an easy Pyaaz Ki Sabzi is ready.
