Try Little Millet Idlis By Sarita Mahapatra For A Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients

Little millet - 1 and 1/2 cup Udad daal- 1/2 cup Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp Salt to taste

Step 1

Soak the little millet and udad daal and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours.

Step 2

Grind to a smooth paste and ferment overnight.

Next morning add salt to taste and eno fruit salt and mix well.
