2 medium-sized green apples 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoons oil Fresh coriander leaves

You need to mix the apples, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, and chilli powder and let it marinate.
