Durga Pujo is all about food and celebrations. Do not forget about street food and its delicacies this year! If you want to try street-style fish cutlets, try this easy recipe to live up to the celebration in your house and impress your guests.
500gms fish fillets 1 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Oil for deep frying
Combine gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, water, and salt to make a smooth batter.
Marinate the fish fillets in the batter for at least 30 minutes.
Then, fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
