Try Homemade Farfalle Pasta For Quick Brunch

If you are a huge fan of pasta, then try farfalle pasta with an Italian taste. It is one of the most simple recipes that you can whip up in just 30 minutes. 

Ingredients

1 kg farfalle pasta 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 carrot 1 celery stalk I cup crushed tomatoes 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Step 1

Boil farfalle pasta. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and crushed tomatoes.

Step 3

Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir in milk and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
