Indulge in some delectable homemade garlic kulcha, a traditional Indian bread that boasts a perfect fusion of flavors and spices.
Maida - 2 Cups Sugar - 1 Tsp Baking Powder - 1 Tsp Baking Soda - 1/4th Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 2 Tbsps Oil for Greasing Curd - 1/4th Cup Water - 3/4th cup (Room Temp)
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda & 2 tbsp of ghee together. Add in the curd and start kneading the dough.
Stretch and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes until it becomes smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it out into a thick roti.
Pan fry the kulcha’s on both sides on low heat until evenly cooked - brush them with some garlic, kalonji and coriander butter. Serve and Enjoy!
