In summer, many people prefer to have light meals for dinner. If you are looking for similar recipes, try the protein-loaded chickpea and sprout salad recipe. It is healthy and takes not more than 5 minutes to assemble.
1 cup boiled chickpeas 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 chopped onion 1-2 chopped green chillies ½ cup sprouts Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 cup pan-fried potatoes 2 tablespoons coriander leaves 1 chopped tomato ½ teaspoon chaat masala ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
Boil soaked chickpeas and keep them covered with a paper towel or cotton towel.
In a bowl, toss chickpeas and sprouts along with chopped potatoes, tomatoes, and onions.
Sprinkle salt to taste, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and red chilli powder.
Top it with lemon juice, coriander leaves, and green chillies.
