Hari mirch paratha is a snack and a wholesome meal. You can enjoy it with pudina chutney, chhole, or any other gravy. However, if you cannot tolerate heat, this might not be a dish you should have a bite of.
1 cup atta 1 cup maida 4-5 chopped green chillies ½ tsp salt Water as needed 2 tbsp curd 2 tbsp butter
Sprinkle salt over a mixture of atta and maida.
Knead the dough with water and curd.
Pull a small ball from the dough and roll it.
Sprinkle chillies on the top and roll it more.
Roast paratha on a hot griddle with some butter greasing both sides.
Once paratha is slightly crispy, serve it with gravy or chutney.
