Herbed garlic fried rice is a quick solution to your cravings and hunger pangs. Not to mention that it is lip-smacking and fulfilling. You can also pair it with curries to complete the meal. Try this recipe guide.
2 cup cooked rice 4-5 chopped garlic cloves 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli flakes 1 slit green chilli 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp water Salt as needed
Let the cooked rice come to room temperature.
Chop garlic, slit a green chilli, and chop coriander leaves.
Put butter in a saucepan and saute garlic in it.
Add the green chilli and red chilli flakes too.
After a minute, fold in cooked rice and sprinkle salt on the top.
Splash water and cook the ingredients for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
