Spicy oats noodles are made with veggies and are packed with bold flavours of soy sauce, sriracha, and chilli flakes. A fiery twist on traditional noodles, this one is perfect for a flavourful meal or snack.
200g oats noodles 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 carrot, sliced 1 bell pepper, sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste) 1 tsp red chilli flakes (adjust to taste) Salt and pepper to taste Chopped spring onions for garnish
Cook oats noodles until soft. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry well.
Mix soy sauce, sriracha sauce, red chilli flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add cooked oats noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the spicy sauce over and toss well.
Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are coated with the spicy sauce.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
