If you are looking for a tasty and healthy snack, you don’t have to look any further. Air-fried aloo corn cutlets are quick to make and pair well with your evening tea or coffee. Here is a quick recipe for you to follow.
4 boiled potatoes 1 cup boiled corn 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon rice flour Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ inch grated ginger ½ teaspoon pepper powder 2 chopped green chillies ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
Keep aside a tablespoon of parboiled corn kernels and grind the rest of them.
Mix corn paste and boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste, green chillies, pepper powder, chaat masala, rice flour, red chilli powder, ginger, and coriander leaves.
After folding in boiled corn kernels, combine the ingredients and knead them into a sticky dough.
Grease your palms with oil and make small patties of this mixture.
Keep the patties in the air fryer and grease their surface with oil.
After air frying them for 12-15 minutes, serve them hot with tea and chutney.
