Try A Tangy Pineapple Tikka

Tikkas are a very common starter among different cuisines, but making a fruit tikka is as unique as it sounds as well as has a sweet and tangy flavour. Let’s make Pineapple tikka!

Step 1

Cut Pineapple into cubes and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

To prepare the marination, you need hung curd, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.

Step 3

Marinate the pineapple pieces with the paste and let them rest for half an hour.

Step 4

Add your cubes to a skewer and roast them directly on the flame till all sides are cooked.Serve it hot with spicy chutney for a burst of flavour.
