2 medium size tomatoes 1 small green chili(finely chopped) 2 medium size garlic cloves 2 tsp mustard oil 1 tsp fresh cilantro chopped 1 tbsp onion (finely chopped) Salt
Rub a little mustard oil on each tomato, cut a hole and poke in one clove of garlic. Place the tomato on a gas stove and let it char evenly all over.
Peel off the skins, mash the tomatoes and add all the finely chopped veggies and spices. Let it cool, refrigerate and serve alongside any meal.
