Looking for a tropical twist on a classic summer drink? Try this delicious Mango Lassi Cocktail, a refreshing blend of ripe mango, yoghurt, and vodka, perfect for any occasion. Sip on this sweet and tangy drink and let it transport you to a sunny beach in the tropics.
1 cup chopped ripe mango 1 cup plain yoghurt ¼ cup milk 60 ml vodka 30 ml triple sec 1 tbsp honey Ice cubes Mango slices and mint leaves for garnish
In a blender, combine the chopped mango, plain yogurt, milk, vodka, triple sec, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is thick and frothy. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey if needed.
Pour the mango lassi cocktail into glasses and garnish each glass with a slice of mango and a mint leaf.
Serve chilled and get ready to sip on summer!
