Dive into these tasty gluten-free pineapple pancakes. They are super easy to make. Made with crushed pineapple and a fluffy gluten-free batter.
1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup crushed pineapple 3/4 cup milk 1 large egg 2 tbsp melted butter
In a bowl, whisk the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, add the crushed pineapple, milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
Now mix the wet and dry ingredients to make a lump free batter. Heat pan and grease it with oil.
Pour the batter to form pancakes. Flip cook until golden brown. Top with pineapple chunks.
When it’s done Serve the pineapple pancakes warm with your favorite toppings enjoy!
