This luscious dessert is made with ripe mangoes, creamy custard, and a hint of sweetness, this delightful dessert is a refreshing treat for hot summer days.
2 ripe mangoes 2 cups milk 3 tbsp custard powder 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Fresh mango slices Mint leaves to garnish
In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth. Set aside. In a pan, heat the milk over medium heat.
In a bowl, whisk together the custard powder and sugar with a little milk. Slowly pour the custard mixture into the simmering milk.
Stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the custard thickens.
Remove the from heat and let the custard cool. Add the pureed mango and vanilla extract to the custard.
Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set. Garnish with mangoes and enjoy!
