2 ½ cups chopped, seedless watermelon ½ cup orange juice 2 tsp honey 2 ½ cups (1-inch) cubed cantaloupe, frozen 1 cup (1-inch) cubed honeydew melon, frozen

Place first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Remove center piece of blender lid; secure blender lid on blender. With blender on, drop cantaloupe and honeydew through center of lid; process until smooth.

Because of the high water content in watermelon, this smoothie is exceptionally hydrating. Melons are rich in potassium which helps in reducing the blood pressure, thereby keeping the heart healthy.
