Triple Berry Milkshake: A Healthy Drink For Summer

Made with a triple punch of fresh or frozen berries, this delicious and filling milkshake is perfect to pair with breakfast. Loaded with vitamin C and other essential nutrients, you can also top it with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

4 ½ cups ice cubes 2 cups milk ⅓ cup white sugar 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1

Fill the blender 3/4 full of ice cubes.

Step 2

Pour in the milk, sugar, berries and vanilla extract.

Step 3

Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Pour in a tall glass, garnish with whole berries and enjoy.
