Neer Dosa

This variety is from Karnataka and gets its name from its batter which is usually made thin as compared to regular dosas.

Uppi Huli

Made with a layer of tamarind and red chilli paste, this dosa is a mix of sour, salty and spicy flavours. 

Navratan Dosa

Popularly known as ‘king of all dosas’ this variety is made with different cereals like moong dal, bajra and jowar flour. 

Podi Dosa

Loaded with gunpowder, this spicy dosa is usually not for the faint hearted.

Cabbage Dosa

Popular in South Indian households, this dosa is made with finely chopped cabbage along with other ingredients. 

Set Dosa

It is a mix of three mini dosas together which is served with several types of chutneys and spicy curries as well.
