This three-tiered chocolate delight features a fluffy chocolate custard centre, a thin chocolate disc and a generous dusting of cocoa powder. The many chocolate layers are balanced by the little bitterness of the coco powder, making you want more.
In a tin box bake a chocolate cake. You can prepare it by using your preferred recipe.
Heat 2 cups of milk, 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Custard powder mixed with a little milk, ¼ cup Sugar, 100 g Dark Chocolate. You can add a little vanilla to this Chocolate Custard Pudding. Pour this over the pricked chocolate cake.
Spread dark or milk chocolate in a thin layer on a baking paper. Cut it into a circle, when it is semi set and let it set for 5 mins in the fridge. Now place this as the last layer.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and enjoy!
