Treat Yourself With Rose Falooda This Summer

Rose falooda is a summer drink that is a delicious combination of rose syrup, silky noodles and vanilla ice cream. Here is the recipe, make it at home.

Ingredients

1 cup rabdi ½ cup falooda vermicelli, dried Rose syrup as required 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 4 tablespoons nuts (chopped) 2 tbsp sabja seeds (soaked)

Step 1

Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan, when it starts boiling add vermicelli and cook. Drain vermicelli and put it into a bowl, add ice cubes and water.

Step 2

Fill ⅓ of each glass with rabdi, crushed ice, a little sabja seeds, 3 tsps. rose syrup and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Then add some vermicelli in each glass.

Step 3

Sprinkle nuts over them, drizzle some more rabdi and a little rose syrup and serve immediately.
