These white chocolate cupcakes are a sweet and elegant treat. Moist, fluffy, and topped with white chocolate frosting, they are perfect for any special occasion.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 170°C and line a cupcake tray with liners.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
Fold in white chocolate chips, then spoon batter into liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with sprinklers.
