Treat Yourself This Sunday With Cinnamon Muffins

These delicious delights are the perfect choice for a warm breakfast or a decadent snack because they are brimming with the warm and aromatic essence of cinnamon.

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp  salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup milk 1/2 cup unsalted butter 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract For the cinnamon sugar topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp  ground cinnamon 2 tsp unsalted butter

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C . Line a muffin tin grease the cups with butter. In bowl, whisk the flour, sugar and baking powder.

Step 2

Add in baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Now In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

Mix the wet and dry ingredients. Make sure there are no lumps. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full.

Brush the tops of the muffins with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over each muffin.

Step 6

 Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool.

Serve them and enjoy these warm and delicious cinnamon muffins with a cup of coffee or tea!
