Made with spicy paneer and mixed peppers, this roll is perfect for family gatherings and house parties. Here is an easy recipe to try:

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp oil, 2 green capsicum ¼ cup yogurt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp gram flour, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves, ½ tsp garam masala powder, salt to taste, 1 cup whole wheat flour, ¼ cup skimmed milk

Step 1

Mix together yogurt, ginger paste, gram flour, salt and all spice powders in a bowl. Add paneer, tomatoes and toss lightly and keep aside for ten minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add capsicum and sauté for two minutes. Add the paneer mixture and sauté for four to five minutes.

Step 3

For chapatis, combine flour, milk and salt and knead into soft dough. Divide the dough into eight equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin chapati.

Step 4

Heat a tawa and cook each chapati lightly on both sides. Divide the paneer tikka filling into eight equal portions. Place one portion of the filling in the centre of each chapati and roll up tightly.

Step 5

When you want to serve, cook the rolls on a hot tawa till they get warmed up. Cut into two-inch long pieces and serve hot.
