Ingredients

500 ml water, 500 g basmati rice, 100 g ghee, 50 g paneer (cooked), 100 g carrot, 100 g beans, 100 g peas, 2 cardamoms, 1 cinnamon, 3 bay leaves, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp chilli powder, 1/4 tbsp turmeric, salt to taste, coriander leaves

Step 1

Heat the ghee and lightly sauté all the chopped vegetables. Add paneer and sauté again.

Step 2

In another pan, sauté all spices and add rice. Fry for a few minutes and add cooked vegetables along with water.

Step 3

Cover and cook it until done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
