All you need on a cold winter night is something warm and comforting. And what’s better than a traditional bowl of seviya that is not only easy to make but also utterly delicious?
1/2 cup vermicelli 2 cups milk Sugar as per taste 2 tablespoons ghee A pinch of cardamom powder Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Heat some ghee and roast vermicelli till golden brown.
In another pan, heat some milk. Let it boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the roasted vermicelli and sugar to the milk. Cook till the sugar dissolves.
Mix in a pinch of cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
