Rice Payasam is a creamy, rich dessert from South India, made with rice, milk, and jaggery or sugar. It's a traditional sweet dish, often prepared during festivals or special occasions.
1/2 cup raw rice (washed) 4 cups milk 1/2 cup jaggery or sugar 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp ghee 10-12 cashews and raisins
