Indulge in the holy essence of Panchamrit, a divine blend of cow's milk, yogurt, ghee, honey, and optional sugar.
1 cup cow's milk 1 cup yogurt 1 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp sugar Pinch of powdered cardamom or a few strands of saffron (optional)
In a bowl, combine the cow's milk, yogurt, ghee, honey, and sugar. Mix well.
If desired, add a pinch of powdered cardamom or a few strands of saffron to enhance the flavour.
Now refrigerate it for a few hours before serving to enhance the taste and coolness.
Once chilled, give the Panchamrit a gentle stir. And garnish it with saffron strands.
