This recipe for the traditional Maharashtrian shengdana laddoo is the perfect way to indulge in your cravings since it is both delicious and healthy. The laddoos feature an irresistible crunch and a delicious flavour. Here's an easy recipe for you to try:
1 cup of peanuts 3/4 cup grated jaggery 1 tablespoon ghee 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Dry roast 1 cup of peanuts, cool, remove skins and coarsely grind.
Heat 1 tablespoon ghee and 3/4 cup grated jaggery on low heat until melted.
Mix in ground peanuts and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder. Shape the warm mixture into round laddoos.
Let them cool and store them in an airtight container.
