Rice rotla is a super soft Gujarati dish that can be made with leftover rice, wheat flour, green chillies, chopped onion and some spices. This is the best use of leftover rice for a delicious breakfast. Here is how to make this at home:
1 cup Rice ½ cup Atta Onion 1 Green chillies 4 Curd 2 tsp Red chilli powder ¼ tsp Chaat masala ¼ tsp Garam masala Salt as per taste Coriander leaves Oil
Add the rice, atta, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and curd in a bowl.
Then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a dough.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out evenly using a rolling pin.
Grease the tawa with some oil, and place the prepared rotla on it.
Cook until golden brown and crispy, flip and cook the other side.
