Eromba

A staple of Manipuri cuisine, this dish is created with fermented bamboo shoots, fish, and other vegetables.

Singju

Tangy and spicy salad made from fermented fish, fish sauce, and shredded vegetables and herbs.

Kangshoi 

A savoury stew flavoured with a variety of in-season vegetables and a blend of regional spices. 

Chakhao Kheer 

Manipuri black rice pudding is a sweet dish made with milk and jaggery. 

Paknam

The major ingredient in Paknam, turmeric leaf (also called "Yaingang Mana"), has long been revered for its purported health benefits. Paknam's signature flavour comes from the turmeric leaves that are used to wrap the dish.

Morok Metpa

The chutney known as Morok Metpa is a staple in Manipuri cuisine. To make this chutney, we use Nagri fish and green dried chilies. It is the most well-known dish in Manipur and is served with nearly every meal.

Alu Kangmet

It's a basic potato side dish that's easy to make. Mashed potatoes with mustard oil and spices that have been boiled. The side dish is meant to complement rice or the main course.

Ngari 

A fermented fish delicacy used to flavor various dishes in Manipuri cuisine.
