Homemade tomato powder is a versatile kitchen staple that adds depth and flavor to various dishes. It enhances soups, sauces, stews, and even marinades with its concentrated tomato goodness, making it a valuable ingredient for elevating the taste of many recipes.

Finely chop tomatoes and spread a thin layer on a baking tray. Make sure you do not overlap and crowd the tray.

Bake in a preheated oven for 2-3 hours at 100° C till they completely dry out and are crispy. Keep tossing them every one hour.

Cool down to room temperature and grind into a fine powder. Store in an airtight container refrigerated for upto 1 month.
