Air-fried tofu tikka is a delicious plant-based protein snack. It combines the goodness of tofu with flavourful spices, all cooked to perfection in an air fryer. A guilt-free treat for your taste buds!

250 g tofu cut into cubes 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp oil for sautéing or air frying 3 tbsp whole milk yogurt ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp kasuri methi ¼ tsp salt

Drain excess water from the tofu. In a bowl, add yoghurt, ginger garlic and spices to form a thick paste. Add in the tofu cubes and stir to coat.

Drizzle some oil on the air fryer tray ands air fry tofu in a single layer for 10 minutes at 350F. Serve with dhaniya chutney, onions and enjoy!
