Cast Iron

Cast Iron can last a lifetime if treated well. Remember to always be gentle, and to season and dry it thoroughly every use.

Soapstone

Since Soapstone can absorb detergents, it should only ever be cleaned with water and a damp cloth.

Bronze

Avoid anything abrasive since it can easily scuff the surface and you'll lose the signature shine.
