Marinating chicken is not an art but a process with a few simple steps. If you want to make a lip-smacking dish, you must infuse the meat with flavours before you cook it. Marination helps to make a dish finger-licking good.
Take the boneless chicken and wash it thoroughly. Soak it in a solution of water and vinegar.
Add curd in a deep vessel and whisk it until its texture is smooth.
Sprinkle spices like cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
Combine the ingredients well before adding chicken to the bowl.
Make small cuts in the boneless chicken so that it absorbs the flavours.
Cover the bowl with a lid and let the chicken marinate for at least 45-60 minutes.
