To make the sauce thick and creamy, always use full fat milk and not toned one.
Cheese should be the last ingredient to go into the sauce. Switch off the flame after a minute of adding shredded cheese.
Do not throw away the pasta water. Use it to make the white sauce thick and flavourful.
Always add salt and olive oil while boiling your pasta.
Add generous amount of chopped garlic in butter while making the sauce. It gives the perfect aroma.
