Mishti doi is a very famous Bengali dessert. Its just the right amount of sweet, creamy and one bite is never enough. Use our tips and make this sweet at home perfectly.
Always use full fat milk to make the doi. It makes the mishti doi creamier.
Caramelize the sugar properly before adding in the milk.
Let the curd set at normal room temperature. That is the ideal environment for it to get set.
Refrigerate the curd after 8-9 hours when it is set, only to serve it chilled!
