Ingredients
2 Cups Raw Rice
2 Cups Idly Rice
2 Cups Urad Dal
1 cup Normal Rice
3 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Soak all the Ingredients for a good 7- 8 hours. Rinse the water thrice to remove dirt.Use a Grinder to Grind these ingredients.Gradually add water to maintain consistency.Prepare a batter which is not too thick or thin. You can store this batter for 4-5 days.
