While kneading the flour, make sure you use lukewarm water. It makes your rotis soft and fluffy.
Always keep your dough covered if you are going to make rotis later. Otherwise, they come out a little mealy.
Too much dry flour hardens the roti. So, at the start of rolling rotis, grease the rolling pin and board with a little ghee.
To get round rotis, avoid applying too much pressure on the rotis. Evenly roll all sides of it by shifting the roti clockwise while rolling.
