Soup is an easy and healthy meal that goes well in every season.
Always chop veggies into bite size that easily scoops in the spoon, it also goes the same for meat.
After sautéing veggies and adding liquids to the pot, it is important to simmer the soup at a lower temperature.
For enhancing the flavour of your soup, sauté the veggies with aromatic spices and herbs.
The quantity of salt depends upon the ingredients you are adding. Save most of your seasoning until the end, taste it and adjust accordingly.
If possible, use homemade broth instead of purchasing from the market, it can be prepared easily in pressure cooker.
