Tip 1

Soak the rice and dal separately.

Try to soak the rice and dal at least overnight.

Tip 3

If you want a more crispy dosa, add more oil.

Tip 4

Put he batter in the centre and spread it to the sides gently.

Tip 5

Let your batter come to room temperature before making the dosa.
