If you have an instant craving for bhature, you can add 7-8 slices of bread to the dough while kneading it instead of fermenting overnight.
Always add curd while kneading the dough to make softer bhaturas.
To make your bhatura softer and smoother, add some mashed paneer or boiled potatoes while rolling it.
Before frying bhatura make sure the oil is heated properly and also fry it evenly from both the sides.
Mix some semolina while kneading the dough to make your bhatura crispy.
