Most weight loss programmes often come down hard on our favourite foods such as street-style pani puri. 

Despite the fact that pani puri is a far healthier option to enjoy than cheesy junk foods like burgers, pizzas, etc. 

However, it is also possible to make the same pani puri or gol gappa healthier and weight loss friendly when  you are on a diet. Here are some tips and tricks to make pani puri weight loss-friendly.

Prepare Puris At Home

While you can get the paani for it from your favourite shop, try and make the puris or puchkas at home, and control the amount of oil, or you can air fry or bake them.  

Use Fewer Potatoes

Reduce the quantity of potatoes in pani puri or replace with something healthy like mashed chickpeas, pomegranates, or sweet potatoes to make pani puri healthier  

Use Spices & Condiments

Spices and condiments including tamarind, mint, asafoetida, fennel, and cumin are great for the gut. Good gut health can help you lose weight faster.
