Tips To Keep Your Fruit Juices Fresh

It is summer time and what better than fresh fruit juices to keep us hydrated? Well, juices can be stored for 24-48 hours without compromising on nutrition. Here are some tips which will come handy if you want to store fresh fruit juice.

Tip 1

The best way to keep the juice fresh is to store it in glass air-tight container.

Tip 2

As soon as you prepare the juice, store it in the container. The quicker, the longer your juice stays fresh.

Tip 3

Add a piece of a citric fruit, like lemon or grapefruit. It controls nutrient loss by increasing Vitamin C.

Tip 4

Fill the bottle till the top while storing juice. It reduces oxygen exposure.

Tip 5

To store juices for longer than 48 hours, freeze them. When drinking, thaw the juice and consume immediately.
