Spinach is a hearty and nutrient-rich addition to salads, appetizers and other side dishes. Here are a few tips to clean and store them perfectly.
Check the spinach carefully while washing, if you see holes in any leaf, discard it.
Fill a large pot with water and soak the spinach for at least five minutes before cleaning.
Avoid washing the spinach until you are ready to use to keep them fresh for long.
Make sure you dry the spinach properly before storing, if you have washed it.
Wrap your wet spinach with paper towels to prevent decaying due to moisture.
