Tandoori roti is an Indian flat bread variety which is made in large bhattis at dhabas and food joints. If you think you cannot master it at home, follow our tips and prove yourself wrong, happily.
Use lukewarm water and curd to make your dough. It makes the rotis flaky.
After making the dough, cover it with a muslin cloth for 1 hour.
It is also important to brush your dough with oil and then covering with muslin cloth.
While cooking, use the opposite side of your regular tawa for better texture.
Put water on one side of the roti to stick it to the tava, but do no moisten it too much or the roti will com out hard.
