Prepare sandwiches with spreads like mint chutney or peanut butter. Fillings can include cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, or mashed potato.

Fruit Chaat 

Prepare a colorful fruit chaat with diced fruits like apples, bananas, and pomegranate seeds. Add a pinch of chaat masala for a tangy twist. Pack it in an airtight container so that the cut fruits don’t brown.

Cold Pasta Salad 

Boil pasta in advance and toss it with colorful bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and a simple dressing for a refreshing pasta salad.
