This winter, you must try making til mawa ladoos. These are soft with a crunch from sesame seeds. Not to mention the dish is healthy and can keep you warm when the temperature drops. Follow the step-by-step guide.
60 ml cream 1 cup sesame seeds 2 tbsp butter 1 cup mawa 120 ml milk 1 cup jaggery 200 grams milk powder
Melt butter in a pan and add milk and cream to it.
Once the mixture comes to a boil, add milk powder to the blend.
Keep stirring the concoction, until it reduces and becomes khoya.
In another heavy-bottom pan, dry roast sesame seeds. Grind them.
Mix mawa, jaggery, and til. Shape this blend into lemon-sized ladoos.
Store ladoos in an airtight jar and enjoy them.
