Til chikki is the ultimate delight to prepare for Lohri and Makar Sankranti. It is easy to cook, warm for the body and leaves you feeling satiated. This year, make this delicious treat at home.
1.5 tsp ghee ½ cup chopped jaggery ¾ cups sesame seeds ¼ chop crushed pistachios
Take a non-stick saucepan and dry-roasted sesame seeds in it.
Keep the seeds aside and melt the ghee in the pan.
Add jaggery to the pan and let it melt.
Drop in sesame seeds into the pan and mix well.
Add pistachios to the pan and turn off the flame.
Spread the mixture on a plate and let it cool off.
